We invest in established businesses with proven revenue, typically between $0.5M–$3M annually. We prioritize companies where we can add real value through our Growth services and operator experience. We prioritize owner-led businesses with strong fundamentals and clear growth potential.
We're operators first, investors second. We've built, scaled, and exited businesses ourselves. That means we understand what you're going through and can provide hands-on support, not just capital. We also embed our Growth team to help execute on the strategy and create marketing-driven growth.
Not necessarily. We structure deals based on what makes sense for your situation. Sometimes that's a full acquisition. Sometimes it's a minority stake with a growth partnership. We care more about alignment and partnership than control.
