Simple Transparent Proven

Our Process

We believe great partnerships start with clarity. Our process is designed to keep things personal, efficient, and strategic.
  1. Discovery Call

A genuine conversation to understand your business.

We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and current marketing systems. At this stage, we’re gathering context — not performing a deep audit — so we can determine the right path forward together.

  2. Proposal & Kickoff

If we’re aligned, we’ll prepare a clear proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Once approved, we officially kick off the engagement, introduce key contacts, and map out your first 30 days so you know exactly what’s coming next.

  3. Audit & Strategy Development

This is where we dig in. We conduct a detailed audit of your brand, marketing, systems, SEO, content, and sales enablement infrastructure.

The audit uncovers what’s working, what’s blocking growth, and the exact opportunities we’ll prioritize. From this, we develop a customized strategy and execution plan for the next 3–6 months.

  4. Build & Execute

We bring your strategy to life.

Whether we’re leading as your Fractional CMO, optimizing HubSpot, building SEO & GEO content, or empowering your sales team, we implement the work with clarity and collaboration. You always know what we’re working on and why it matters.

  5. Review & Optimize

    Monthly reporting with transparent insights.

We track performance, highlight wins and trends, and identify areas for optimization. This helps ensure your marketing system becomes stronger, more efficient, and more aligned with your business goals over time.

  6. Grow Together

We’re not a “set it and forget it” agency. We’re an extension of your business.

As your business evolves, we adapt your strategy, introduce new opportunities (including practical AI and automation), and help you scale sustainably.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does The Warden Agency actually do?

We help small businesses modernize their marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Our core services include Fractional CMO support, HubSpot consulting, SEO & local content development, and sales enablement systems. We focus on practical, ROI-driven execution—not fluff.

Who is TWA a good fit for?

We work best with owner-led businesses that want senior-level support without hiring a full team. Most of our clients fall between $1M–$5M in annual revenue, but revenue size isn’t what matters most. We care most about relationships and fit. If you’re honest, proactive, collaborative, and looking for someone who will take ownership (not just “advise”), we’ll likely be a great fit.

How many clients do you take on at once?

We intentionally work with a very small number of clients at a time. We usually have 4–6 active engagements depending on scope. This keeps quality high and ensures every client gets real attention, not template-based work.

What's your pricing model?

We use a regressive pricing model, which simply means your investment decreases over time. Month 1 is the “heavy lift”—audits, rebuilds, setup, strategy, and fixing what’s broken. Months 2–3 are implementation and optimization. Months 4+ shift into a lighter, ongoing rhythm. You pay for the level of effort required, not an inflated retainer.

Average Monthly Fees by Core Service

Below are the typical ranges clients fall into:

  • Fractional CMO: Average $3,500–$5,500/mo

  • HubSpot Consulting: Average $1,200–$3,000/mo

  • SEO & GEO Content: Average $1,500–$3,000/mo

  • Sales Enablement: Average $500–$2,000/mo

These can be mixed, customized, or combined into a fractional-growth package.

What's your average all-in monthly fee?

Our engagements are all custom and the fees can range depending on scope. Here are some all-in averages:

Month 1 (Heavy Lift + Buildout)

$4,500–$7,500
This includes audits, strategy development, HubSpot cleanup/build, messaging frameworks, SEO foundation, and revenue systems setup.

Months 2–3 (Implementation + Optimization)

$3,500–$5,500/mo
We execute campaigns, build automations, publish content, create playbooks, and refine systems. This is where momentum builds.

Month 4+ (Ongoing Management + Growth)

$2,500–$4,500/mo
Once systems run smoothly, the workload shifts to optimization, content cadence, reporting, CRO, and strategic leadership.

How long are your engagements?

Most clients work with us for:

  • 90–120 days for build-out or “reset” projects

  • 9–12 months for Fractional CMO support

  • Ongoing if we're driving long-term SEO or revenue operations

We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts. If the work ever stops feeling valuable, we stop.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. Our initial conversation is genuinely a conversation (we're marketers & entrepreneurs, not sales reps...). We’ll talk through what you’re trying to solve, your current system, and whether we’re the right partner. If we’re not, we’ll try to point you in the right direction.

What makes you different from other agencies?

Three things:

  1. We’re boutique by choice, not by size—we prefer deep partnerships over volume.

  2. We blend strategy with execution—meaning you don’t get decks, you get outcomes.

  3. We’re transparent with pricing, expectations, and timelines—no upselling, no vague deliverables.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Our engagements begin with 90 days and then run month-to-month with a 30-day notice. We don’t believe in trapping clients into work they no longer value.

What does working together look like?

Every engagement follows the same cadence:

  1. Discovery & Audit

  2. 90-Day Roadmap

  3. Build + Execute

  4. Optimize & Scale

Communication typically includes weekly or bi-weekly check-ins plus Slack/email access depending on your plan.

How quickly can you start?

We typically onboard new clients within 1–2 weeks, depending on our active client load.

Do you work with businesses outside of Colorado?

Yes, although we’re rooted in Denver and love working with local businesses. Most of our work can be done remotely, but if you're local, we’re happy to meet in person.
