    Once approved, we officially kick off the engagement, introduce key contacts, and map out your first 30 days so you know exactly what’s coming next.

  3. Audit & Strategy Development

    This is where we dig in. We conduct a detailed audit of your brand, marketing, systems, SEO, content, and sales enablement infrastructure.

    The audit uncovers what’s working, what’s blocking growth, and the exact opportunities we’ll prioritize. From this, we develop a customized strategy and execution plan for the next 3–6 months.

What does The Warden Agency actually do?

We help small businesses modernize their marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Our core services include Fractional CMO support, HubSpot consulting, SEO & local content development, and sales enablement systems. We focus on practical, ROI-driven execution.

Who is TWA a good fit for?

We work best with owner-led businesses that want senior-level support without hiring a full team. Most of our clients fall between $1M–$5M in annual revenue, but revenue size isn’t what matters most. We care most about relationships and fit. If you’re honest, proactive, collaborative, and looking for someone who will take ownership (not just “advise”), we’ll likely be a great fit.

What's your pricing model?

We use a regressive retainer pricing model, which typically means we charge a set retainer fee for phase 1 (months 1 & 2), and reduce that fee thereafter. 

 

What's your average all-in monthly fee?

We’re committed to delivering exceptional value with every project. Our engagements start at $1,800 per month, with pricing adjusted based on your specific needs. An average engagement ranges between $2,500 and $5,000 per month.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. Our initial conversation is genuinely a conversation (we're marketers & entrepreneurs, not sales reps...). We’ll talk through what you’re trying to solve, your current system, and whether we’re the right partner. If we’re not, we’ll try to point you in the right direction.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Our engagements begin with 90 days and then run month-to-month with a 30-day notice. We don’t believe in trapping clients into work they no longer value.

How long are your engagements?

Our average engagement follows three phases and lasts 12-18 months. We have several clients who have retained us for minimal Fractional CMO support for several years.

Month 1 is the “heavy lift”(audits, rebuilds, setup, strategy, and fixing what’s broken).

Months 2–3 are implementation and optimization. Months 4+ shift into a lighter, ongoing rhythm.

We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts. If the work ever stops feeling valuable, we stop.

How quickly can you start?

We typically onboard new clients within 1–2 weeks, depending on our active client load.

How many clients do you take on at once?

We intentionally work with a very small number of clients at a time. We usually have 4–6 active engagements depending on scope. This keeps quality high and ensures every client gets real attention, not template-based work.

What makes you different from other agencies?
