What does your advisory board do?

The Warden Advisory Network is a curated group of experienced, high-caliber leaders from a wide range of industries. We’ve built this team so we can deliver more value to every company we partner with. We tap into this network to share ideas, solve industry-specific challenges for our clients, and pursue joint venture and co-investment opportunities.

Can I join the Advisory Network?

We love meeting people who share our vision and want to be part of a community of smart, driven leaders. At the same time, we’re intentional about keeping our community strong, so we prefer collaborating on a few projects together before inviting someone into the Warden Advisory Network.

Do clients have access to your Advisory Network?

We love connecting clients with Advisors when it truly adds value. Because our Advisors are in high demand, we’re thoughtful about when we ask for their time. Behind the scenes, we frequently tap into their expertise to help shape our thinking and support your goals.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Our engagements begin with 90 days and then run month-to-month with a 30-day notice. We don’t believe in trapping clients into work they no longer value.

Who is TWA a good fit for?

We work best with owner-led businesses that want senior-level support without hiring a full team. Most of our clients fall between $1M–$5M in annual revenue, but revenue size isn’t what matters most. We care most about relationships and fit. If you’re honest, proactive, collaborative, and looking for someone who will take ownership, we’ll likely be a great fit.
